Who (pray tell) is against boobies?   uglystupid2

Well, I'm not a fan of those that can be tucked in the waistband, but otherwise I'm all for them.   cooldude

Now everybody just knew that in a thread with this name, somebody was going to post a picture of blue footed birds.

Not a bad event.  Great turnout for a great cause: Geezer said the crowd was a bit larger than the better-attended GOTFs he's aware of.  Criminy!  Someone needs to reevaluate the wisdom of a pub crawl when temperatures are pushin' 100.  Beer was cold and refreshing, but can only drink so much of it without gettin' hurt.  At least all five stops were in/around New Braunfels.  Discovered several biker-friendly places I didn't know about, at least two of which are now on my permanent "don't mind going there" list.  Best sign behind a bar that I saw: "Your guy won, and mine didn't. Let's put our anger aside so we can continue to do business with each other. I'll hug my elephant, and you can kiss your *ss."

The auctions and raffles back at the Old Ice House netted quite a bit for the cause.  Saw a $25 bottle of Old Turkey 101 go for $40 the first time, and $45 the second: yup, same bottle Grin.  Thanks to the True Few MC for organizing the event and providing what looked to be some appetizing piccadillo (didn't partake -- grub wasn't ready *before* making the pub circuit, and the combination of heat and alcohol pretty much ruined me for afterward).  Thanks also appropriate for the many businesses that donated swag for the raffles/auctions.

The Valks got appreciative stares/comments from several of the H-D folks: thankful for that.  Glad to meet you, Pops -- hope your knee heals, and I look forward to ridin' with ya someday.

Normally would have made the Sunday ride, now that the church choir is on vacation for a few weeks.  However, I got tapped to sing a solo at all three services last Sunday, so a great opportunity for a Sunday ride was (wait for it...) overridden 2funny.

Sorry...  I *had* to take the opening.
