I have been handling all of the hotel reservations for Inzane and at this point, due to cancellations, we are short of fulfilling our contractual agreement for room nights, not by alot of nights, but by enough to make a difference to the VRCC. If we do not fill these nights, the VRCC will have to pay for them. So, I am asking that if you have NOT reserved a room, please do so, or if you wish to add nights or make ANY adjustments to your existing reservation, PLEASE email me as soon as possible so I can get the reservations all taken care of. In addition, I do have some KING studios that have become available, so if you would like to upgrade to one of the studios, please contact me. The studios are VERY nice, and have a FULL kitchen as well as a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and are on the end of the hotel where the vendors are. There ARE still rooms available for ALL nights. I can guarantee you that Ground Zero will be the happening place to be staying for the event!
Another reminder...online registration for the event will be shut down next Wednesday night, July 20, 2011. It would be beneficial for you to go ahead and register on-line if you are doing a full registration, as it does include the Saturday night dinner. If you wait to register on site, the dinner is not included and would have to be purchased for $24.
See all y'all very soon!!!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!

MM, I'd just like to say I appreciate all your dedication and work for this band of gypsies. Thank you.
I had to handle all the logistics for a series of 15 AF/JA conferences of some 30-40 people, and that drove me crazy. Unlike yours, my job was definitely not voluntary... more in the nature of orders.

We have a great group of people in the VRCC! Thanks for the encouragement, and I am sure our members will step up and we will get it all covered. I just have alot on my plate right now and have a tendency to get overwhelmed. We will get there! Thanks all! If you know of anyone on the edge having not decided yet if they are coming, you might give them a nudge.

I nudged my riding partner to get a room at Shanty Creek rather than out in town.
He's a bit of a weasel though... we'll see.

Thanks to all of you that have responded to this and to those that sent me emails adding room nights, etc. It truly does help! We are slowly getting there! We are still a little short, but I think we can make it! What an awesome group we have! The VRCC rocks! If you have emailed me, made a change to your reservation, etc., and have NOT gotten some type of confirmation from me, please contact me. ALL confirmations to date have been sent out.

If you are staying at another hotel in town to save a couple dollars when you can be at ground zero and not have to drive back to your hotel and the end of a fun day, come on think about changing your reservation and staying at ground zero. The VRCC works HARD all year long to secure a nice place to hold an event like this for all of us. Certainly there are circumstances where it may be necessary to stay elsewhere
Our first InZane in Zanesville, Ohio we didn’t stay at Ground Zero and it wasn’t as much fun because we had to leave every night and go back to our hotel while there were people still hanging out having a good time. Not to mention for anyone who likes to have an audit beverage or two it’s much safer to not have to drive at the end of the day.
Then if you’re sitting on the fence about coming because you just don’t know about making the trip; will you have a good time? YES you will. Will the people make you feel welcome and at home? I guarantee you they will.
I don’t think there are any finer people I know. I can’t wait to see everyone.
Come on July 25th, Yikes!

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

It's already been mentioned here, but THANK YOU Motomamma and everyone else who have but a huge amount of work and planning into this. I only wish I was in a position to pay for a second room... then I could decide each night where to sleep I hope the group steps up and we get the last rooms booked. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there... Jim C and I are hoping to get there mid-afternoon Wednesday. Loth

She is right, though, if you're going to be having audit beverages you need to be staying at Ground Zero.

No ... but only because we have folks joining us from Texas and the rally is the first leg of our vacation and it would be redundant to stay in room when we all are traveling in motorhomes. Please don't take it personal my idea of offering pie's was a promotional idea to push the rooms
