Then we can rename the US, The Banana Republic, or Tacos are US.
EIther one works for me, just don't count on me voting for any one that is in there right now.
I think I will be either moving to Canada or Mexico, or maybe Buenos Aires, or over to Singapore with Strong Eagle.
Where my retirement dollars will go farther and kind of get ahead of the rush of folks fleeing his new kingdom.
This is of course after the 2nd 4 years of Obama, cause there won't be anything left after that.
Singapore is the eighth most expensive city in the world to live for expats. Your retirement dollars definitely won't go very far here. Your Honda Civic will cost you USD 120,000 over here. Rents for a decent place start at USD2500 per month. |

For those members that think moving to a foreign country is going to help your standard of living, think again. The U.S. dollars value is falling fast and won't be worth anything unless us Patriotic Ameicans stay in America and fix the problems.
Singapore won't be accepting U.S Dollars in the future unless we straighten things out here.
How do we do that? By Temporarily allowing the Military to run the country with a Benevelent Troika in charge until things get fixed.
The only thing that will cause the fall of the American dollar is a failure to raise the debt ceiling. Otherwise, as long as the machine keeps running, the US dollar will remain the reserve currency and the financial system will absorb the falling US dollar. The fall of the dollar is good for the US... unless all you want is cheap imports. It brings the dollar into parity with the Chinese yuan since China won't let it appreciate. It makes US exports much more competitive. It cuts the net dent owed to the Chinese. |

It seems the original was probably an anti-Republican message, since it was written in 2008 at the end of the Bush Administration. a) Very good paying jobs for a 61 year old... if I came back to the US right now, I couldn't find work at what I make now... and maybe not find work at all. Here, my skills are in strong demand. b) Very beautiful women... and a much more laid back attitude about sex. c) Fantastic golf courses. d) Chance to see many foreign places, including off road riding on the Ho Chi Minh trail. As for heat and humidity, you must have never been to Houston from July to September... much hotter than Singapore and just as humid... not that I like the humidity... but it's just life. I'll be back to Texas at retirement. |
