I think I have a rear bearing on the way out so I placed an order with HDL. While ordered I got a few more items to service the final drive. The three O rings, damper set, and a seal. I also decided to get in line and I ordered a Ujoint. I got an email that my ordered shipped and should be at my house today. My CC shows I was charged for the order minus what the ujoint goes for. I followed a few threads on the status of the ujoint but have not seen anything as of late. Wondering if Honda found a supplier as yet?

My thoughts were to put the new ujoint in and keep the old as a spare if it doesn't have any issues. The bearing issue might need addressed before I ever see the ujoint.

I'm going on a 5K mile treck from Tampa to Utah and thought I better go ahead and get a spare.  I called the local honda dealer, whom in turned called honda.  They said if ordered now it should be shipped the first of September... I ordered one and I leave the 3rd of September so maybe it'll be early.  If not I hope it'll be shipped atleast so if needed the wife can overnight it to whatever bridge I'm stuck under...

Anyone have any idea when the u-joint yokes will be released from Honda? I was told sometime this week and was hoping so my Bike has been down since April?

Thanks,
Mike

Don't count on it.  Honda has been promising for months they will be released only to keep pushing the release date back.
