ok, two dumb questions:

1) When installing the Zumo where is the best place to get juice.

2) When installing BigBF quads...is it necessary to remove the tank to run the lines.

If I have to take the tank off I might as well run the Zumo lines back as well.

thanks,
Chad

I would remove the tank, install a Power Plate and a well-constructed (sleeved) wiring harness to carry power to your accessories, horn and whatnot. Arm the Power Plate's relay by connecting it to the "ACC" lead underneath the right side cover. Key ON = juice. Key OFF = no juice...and no dead battery as a result of forgetting to turn things off after a ride.

I wired up this thing, made a bracket for it and put it in front of the battery.

It was more expensive than some (you can get them from http://www.aerostich.com/aerosearch.php?restrict=Static&q=centech )

It is made pretty well, and I've never had any problems with it. It runs my quad horns,
moto-lights, tire pump and electric clothes. I took advice from here and
put a relay in front of it, it is only hot when the key is on.

Ok, I'll ask the stupid question. I understand most of the parts/function. What is the extra wiring harness for?

The extra parts are for the relay.
That way you can use the Aux leads
under the right side panel to turn the
fuse panel on.That way when key is off
so are all of you things.
