Just a shout out to Joe Florida. I recently installed a 120-LED light set on the Valk. 2 of the LEDs on one strip started flickering. E-mailed him about it earlier this morning. Received a call from him less than 3-hours later - on a Saturday no less. Replacement strip of lights going out to me on Monday.

That's service!
