Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

When a add caught my eye and I had to chuckle. This 07 Wide Glide, brand not important to avoid bashing  Grin , said 1,100 miles. Always garaged.  ??? Well yea if its only got 1,100 miles on it!  2funny

And the 2002 Valk I just bought has 3,046 miles on it. The difference is mine was old by a couple of guys older than me, the last one got sick and just left it stored hoping for better days that never came.
The miles on the Harlye were probably all weekend miles put on going down to the local shop for a hot dog and maybe a few sponsored rides. If that's all you rode you are a crash looking for a place to happen. Only seat time gives us the time to progress up the learning curve of bikes versus cages.

And yes, I can spell Harley most of the time. uglystupid2

I want to see the garage where one can ride 1,100 miles. I bet it's huge and has an indoor riding track. That'd be nice on the really hot days.

Dammit, Fudgie, you've been a bad influence on me.  I re-posted the gist of the ad on another forum and now I have some joker raggin' on me because cancer treatments have curtailed his riding for the past couple of years.  I wish people would get the chips off their shoulders and let their   inner Oprahs sleep.

I still want to see the garage he's doing his laps in. Guy probably has a couple dozen bikes in a museum like bike and can't find ENOUGH time to ride them all.
