A friend has a Standard and has decided that he'd like to have a trailer. BUT, he can't find any manufacture or supplier. Anyone know of a supplier???
Mine came from "Big Bike Parts" about 10 years ago.

I've got the Hitch Doc "hidden" receiver type on my standard. The receiver square hole is up inside the rear fender where it cannot be seen from the rear. The drawbar slide vertically into the receiver rather than horizontally like most hitches. Good quality too.

I got a Hitchdoc back in late 97 or early 98, still shines like a jewel. Strong SOB also. Had a drunk tap me in Florida, enough it slid my son off the seat. It had been a solo and so he could go to Daytona with me, I just put the rear seat on.
Had to take him back to the room so he could clean up the mess in his pants.
Cops saw it happen and did they ever take the driver apart on his exit from the car. He wasn't too cooperative, and these were motor officers. Didn't hurt the bike any, as I took off at just about impact time, but that ball tore one hell of a hole in his front bumper.

I agree with R J on the Hitchdoc.

Another vote for the Hitchdoc, with the hidden receiver... With and without the receiver in place, not a good picture, but you can get the idea: Love mine!
