that like to talk about how you polish and shine and detail and then show pics of your majestically gleaming bikes.  I went out tonight to wash my girl, placed a 2x4 under the kickstand to level her up, was scrubbing on the left side of the trunk and........OOPSIE!

I will only clean her up from now on if it happens to rain while I am riding.  Daniel Meyer, you are now officially my HERO!

She was simply taking a nap...

I was thinking car tire too...  Maybe tie it down when you're washing?

Damn dude... that sort of sucks.  I am sure she's OK though.

Do you need me to take the day off today, ride down there, and help you get her back on her "feet"?  Wink

That beats the heck out of working underneath with a belt sander for days on end (which I did on a boat way to heavy to flip over).

A motorcycle specific tire would had it slightly higher and it would have stayed upright.

Yet another advantage of an OEM Part.

Just kidding Dave sorry it fell over.

But they are pretty tough and take a tumble fairly well.

I had mine like that once in a parking lot after dragging my leg over the seat dismounting  on the wrong side. Would have never of taken a pic for this bunches amusement though. Your not alone with that sick feeling in your gut as she's falling down. One thing about it you'll probably only do it once. Blister

It is however obvious to me that even at this extreme lean angle the pavement is clearly NOT touching the sidewall.

BTW, is there actually any tread on that tire?
