I mean....I rowed one of my favorite Rhodes...uh..anyway..four
of us left Jonesboro, TN, little after 0900. Took 321 all the way
to Gatlinburg, then the River Road and Foothills Pkwy to 129. At
the Deals Gap store met Misunderstood (caught him looking at my
Valk) and we chatted a while. He's a nice guy, but not as good
looking as I am. Then we hit 28 to Cherokee and got on one of my
faves....441 thru Cherokee Forest to Gatlinburg. Heads up...they're
doing some constructification up near Newfound Gap and the road
needs some pavifying, so be careful. Saw 3 Valks, 1 in Townsend,
blue IS, 2 in Cherokee, black IS and purple/white STD. Talked with
the couple on the STD, told them about the VRCC. We re-named 441
"Sasquatch Alley". Didn't actually SEE one, we just KNEW one was
watching us. YMMV. cooldude

Good meeting you Bob.  cooldude Was wondering who in TN had a Valk and hadn't rode with the "wild bunch". ................actually I can never pass a Valk without studying it and seeing what's been done to it. Unfortunately I was there in my highlander. My brother from PA was down and had never been on the dragon before. We'll have to share some wind sometime Bob.  Cool

Will do. Actually I have been on the road with the wild bunch a
few times, but it's been a while. That was before I totalled my
03. Had a better job back then and more time to ride. Let me
know when you're ready ro head up this way.
