Hey Brethren.....

JVBABY along with Jerry T and Jess D will be making a run for CATFISH tonite.

If anyone else wants to join us, we will be meeting at BRAUM'S in Plano, at the dead center of town (NE corner of Parker and Custer Roads) at 5:00 pm TODAY, with KickStandsUp at 5:15pm.

We will head North on Custer Road, North on Tx 121 and North on US 75 into Oklahoma and will arrive at that Catfish Restaurant on the Oklahoma side of the Dam atound 6:30.

Does anyone have the name and phone number of that Restaurant?

The goal is to get back into Air Conditioned Comfort as soon as possible. Then we will eat a small but nutritious Catfish Feast, and ride a cooler, circuitous route back to Plano.

If you would like to join us, please post a reply to this message and/or call my cell (972-741-4445) and we will be a-lookin fer ya.

If you can make it..... COME ON!

Actually it is "Windy's" with an "i". That is sure to mess you up if you are using a GPS!

wELL.....
We never made it to Windy's, but hooked up with Wanderer, Dave from Frisco, and Tom and their lovely SO's and wound our way to The Egyptian Restaurant - Campisi's on Mockingbird.

The food and fellowship were first rate!

When JV says ".. wound our way.."  he's not kidding.  Wanderer (who was the leader of the pack) got his forum handle the old fashioned way.  HE EARNED IT!!  In spite of the zig zagging and side trip thru 'concealed weapons land', we did have a really nice ride via White Rock Lake on the way to dinner.  Good time was had by all.   > Tom

Janet & I enjoyed meeting Norma and JVBABY and always enjoy hanging out with Linda, Lori, BNBTom, and Wanderer.  The only thing that could have made the evening better would be a longer ride home.  The temperature was just about perfect and the traffic was almost non-existent.

No wander I couldn't find anyone at Windy's. GPS took me right there, but, no VRCCer's.  Sad  I guess they were out wanderering around.
Maybe next time.  Grin

Yea, right, Terry (he is setting here drinking MY beer). What, did Vickie let you chauffeur her up in her new ride? ~Jeff
