When i was still driving had to have certain qualifications on my licsense. Doubles triples hazmat air brakes-endorsements. Also had to keep up the medical end of it. But any person can come in off the street and buy and operate the BIGGEST motor home they can afford with out any endorsements. They can also buy any pick up truck they want hook up 2 trailers to it and amble on down the highway. Here in mo in order to enjoy my motorcycle i HAVE to have the m/c endorsement. Also the private sector does not need to run a log book. So seeing the stupid stuff might scare me a little it fer sure don't surprise me. Well things could be worse-they could let the couple in the v-dub haul explosives. RIDE SAFE.
