This is my second c/t, a Pirelli P4 installed 12 months ago and now has 35K miles and looks good for another 15-20K.....still have about .165 thread depth in the center and about .190 on the sides. I have been noticing that my Valk is slowly developing ABS brakes.....I have almost no usage of the rear brakes other than parking lot, tight turns, etc and have replaced the rear pads once in 145K miles. However I have been noticing my braking habits changing, ie, when exiting the freeway, cover the front brake, double tap down gears and rest my toe lightly on the rear brake pedal.  I never use to do this and am thinking the reason is that the rear brake has become so much more useful because of the increased traction with the c/t......kind of a 80-20 ABS thing.  Has anyone else noticed a change in braking your habits...maybe it takes a few thousand c/t miles for the ABS habit to emerge...... crazy2

Not really but I did notice the rear braking efficiency go up due to the increased traction of the rear tire.
