Picked up my new ride this past weekend

Drove to Orlando this weekend and picked up my new ride.  Besides a few adventures like running over a 6 foot alligator on I-75 about 1 a.m. and tearing my trailer's wire harness all to pieces and having to jury-rig it with a cheap wire crimper, butt connectors and electrical tape at a Love's around 2 a.m., didn't really have any big problems.  Bike checked out really good - besides some chrome pitting due to salt air and just not keeping it well-polished, it's a keeper.  Hauls the literal ass, for sure!  Definitely need to get a new seat - the Corbin is so low it feels like my knees are brushing my earlobes.  Anyone have a 2000+ Standard seat they care to divest themselves of?  Sorry the pics look faded, I think my camera lens fogged up!

I might have one, I think I have two seats in the shop..will have to check...what is the plan for the Corbin??

As much as I hate to do it...sell the Corbin...buy more chrome!!!

I like the look of that bike. If you switch from the corbin to another brand seat I would recommend keeping the color. Although I'm a fan of non-black seats so it might be a personal preference. That is a good looking bike.

Nice looking bike..I do have a 2001 seat you could have, if you don't find one somewhere close to you..just so you know, they can be had from mother HONDA for the paltry sum of 87 Bucks..NEW...I'd take 50 bucks for mine (no tears or holes), shipping might be the killer though..
