Just like the title says, how can I do it. Couldn't figure it out with the last I/S I had but that was 6 years ago. Heard the Harley set up will work. I just want to run the ergo highway boards on the crash bars with as much adjustability as possible. Thanks

Alph has them on his IS, he can help you out. I believe he cut a portion of the scoops off the underside of the highway bars to make them work.

So will the GL1800 set fit the lower crash bar? Any idea what diameter it is?

The strait parts are 1" diameter. If you want them on a curve you'll have to go a bit bigger and fill with tubing or leather.
