Have you guys seen this thing yet???

They are really gunning for the Road Glide on that one. I like it though. I like it a lot. Problem is, with what Kawi is asking, you can get a slightly used Road Glide and it's not that far off a new one. We'll see how much dealers actually let them leave for.

I have seen the Vulcan Vaquero in the dealership, they have had 2 of them for months.  It looks nice and feels nice (sitting on it and not taking it for a test ride tho since they won't let ya on those).  I have yet to see one out on the road in use tho, or at any of the local bike nights.   Those "vents" in the fairing are fake and do nothing except trap bugs in there.  However, I think you could/should install the same fog/driving lights that are installed in the Voyager's fairing to make it functional at least. It would be nice to have vents that work tho....

I wouldn't trade my Valk in on one .....

That thing is sexy in black !  It takes " CLONE " to a whole new level (has to be some H-D  D.N.A in the wood pile ! )

Pricey for "Jap Crap" , but only if you are worried about resale value. If'n I wanted a V-twinkie to ride the wheels off of, I would definitely spend it on that and put HD badges on it just to mess with the purists !   Evil

Too late, been done! Not a Vulc, but close - it's a VT1100 Ace Tourer (click on pictures, for link to the Craigslist ad, at least 'til it disappears):

If it handles like the 1500 Classic I had, I wouldn't buy it.  Don't get me wrong the 1500 Vulcan was a very reliable and comfortable bike, but it wallows badly in sweeping curves.  The forks flex too much.
Just my humble opinion.

Rather than a Vaquero, look for a used Kaw VN200 and add a an aftermarket fairing and find some Nomad 1500 saddlebags.
