GOT CURVES??

VRCCDS0184

« on: August 05, 2011, 03:01:26 PM »

Is anyone interested in a Missouri fall Color ride this year??

Was the distance last year good? Around 200 miles

Do you want the same roads, or something a little different?

Any other ideas or suggestions

Im leaving in the am to go Scuba diving in Mexico for a week, but will get back with the thread when I return.

Sharkey,

Long time bud.. hope all is well...

Yeah Engemt and I were talking last night and was wondering if you were considering doing this again.  I think I asked joevalkis in chat last night, as well..

I can say from just throwing it out in conversation that Pharmboy, WDValk, Bark2, Bark1, Engemt, BonS (I hope he can make it), maybe motomoma and willow (if they ever make it back to Kansas again....  GO SOUTH LORI!), maybe talk JimL into coming up as well...  Those are some that I think have a strong possibility... Hope they chime in..   BigBuck in paola and his bride, Roadkill and Gunslinger and their women, hoser, Jason-O ("O" if he ever finds a bike to buy Smiley  )

Ok I will stop volunteering riders to go Tongue

Have fun scuba diving.....   careful you might sink like a rock Tongue

Don't forget Christy and Ed.  We will go if it is does not conflict with a Husker football game.

I'm sure you are busy that weekend too. Are you allergic to Valkyrie rides?

You can throw Marcia & I into the going column. Was thinking about going to the Indiana colors ride that weekend but this one is closer. Looking forward to it!!

Wow, what a turn out we had for our first ride last year. What about 35 bikes and 50 people? I talked to some of the attendees last year from some of our neigdhboring flat land states they were definatly impressed with the roads and curves. Yeah as Sharkey says "Got Curves?" Yes we do! Hoping to throw in some of our natural beauty in like another Spring or maybe one of our caves. Hope to see more of you this year!

I would really like to say that I am not working six out of seven nights but it is true.  I could take off work but....  I really want to make some trips next year and to do that I gotta save my vacation time.   If the date changes to a week later I'm in... otherwise I will see everyone next year at future get together Smiley
