the Generic Parts list is a little ambiguous:

The right fronts differ in 97
some 97's took 28X42X8
and some took 28X47.2X7
Left front is 45X55X5

All the I/S models took 289X47.2X7 on the front right
And 45X55X5 on the speedo side

So I can assume my '03 takes a 45x55x5 seal on the speedo side, but what is the size for the right? Thanks in advance for any input Smiley

The '97s had smaller front wheel bearings.  That's why they had a smaller diameter front seal on the right.

I guess I'll just have to measure and call the bearing house ahead...

If you clean the seal thoroughly you will see the ID cast right in the face of the seal.

Thanks folks, I was hoping to have new seals in hand when I disassemble  it for replacement. I can go this route as well, just looking to get ahead of the game Smiley Much appreciated.

???.  You had the info already.  You put it in your first post.  You have an '03.  The only different one in the info you posted was the '97.  Then I informed you why?  Didn't you believe the info you posted.  did you think I was lying to you?  What?

Sorry Marty, the info I posted seemd a little ambiguous, as I stated. I also like to have parts in hand before I start working. No one had them in stock, not even my bearing house. The 28x47.2x7 size threw them off, they do have a 28x47x7 and I won't use one. I understand what you meant, no offense intended.

It's one of those Honda specific parts.
