how many have ever done a valve adjustment on your valk ? how many actually needed them adjusted ? how many miles till you needed one ?

Did it at 40000 and 80000, never did really need much adjustment.

Current mileage 92K. I've checked mine every 15K and have only made 2 minor adjustments.

Checked mine at 125,000 and three of the twelve were out less than a thousandth. Other nine were exactly set.

mines at 31,000 guess ill wash it instead.
i had a pretty bad backfire on the right bank when under compression. tightened up the rubber intake tubes and that stopped, so i guess its good for another 31,00

I check then as outlined in the service list.
Usually have to adjust some, although never very much.

every 100,000 or so. never been out more than .002-.003 on a couple.

Mine got checked/adjusted every 12,000 miles up to 72,000. Generally one or two needed tweaking to get in spec. I did the valves a few weeks ago @ 94,000 and loosened all the adjusters & reset each one. Why? Cuz I felt like it.
