Huffman, Texas close to Houston

I heard there is somekind of bike/car show ride and cruising 11th street going on in Beaumont this weekend but can't find anything about it on the web. Anybody know for sure, looking for something to do this weekend close to home.

The car show is called "Hot August Nights", but according to the BPD, it's not this weekend. Some of the traffic guys I know would be assigned to that event.
