No thank goodness. I moved out of Wake Village and into Texarkana a few years ago. This was one of two fires in the area. Both of them were in bedroom communities of Texrkana. (Wake Village and Nash)
Both were a few miles west of where I lived in Wake Village. Here is an exert from today's article:

The burned shells of several classic muscle cars, motorcycles and family sedans smoldered ~~~. Two homes, at least one out building and more than 20 vehicles were destroyed.

If we don't get some rain, this won't be the last. This whole area is a tender box.
