Here's "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" - a Muslim buys eleven acres of land next to a pig farm (a family farm that has been in Houston a long time) and NOW WANTS THE PIG FARMER TO LEAVE!!?? That takes a lot of damn nerve! So what's the pig farmer's response to that..... PIG RACES DURING FRIDAY NIGHT PRAYERS!! I love it! Reminds me of a story awhile back about a group that built a church next to a liquor store. Then they got the town to pass an ordanance saying no liquor store could be within X feet of a church. When they went to court to try to get the liquor store to move, the judge ruled in favor of the liquor store and the church had to be moved  |

That is one of my biggest pet peeves. City folks moving to the country and trying to shut down family farms that been here a 100 yrs.  Ewwwww that cow poop smells, they are making my house dusty as they disc or combine, the tractor is keeping me up as I need to get to the office early, the dirt clods on the road are sticking to my Escalade, the smoke from them burning stubble in a wash out makes my eyes burn. Get over it. Move your monkey ass back to the city, we dont want ya anyway.  |

At March AFB, a new local Moreno Valley school teacher took his elementary school class out in the schoolyard, and shot vinegar and soda rockets at landing/departing USAF tankers as an instructional exercise in protesting the noise they made (obviously there was no actual risk to the aircraft..... though there was a risk to young minds). March was a training base for WWI biplanes (1915) before there was anything out there. This hit the news and created such an uproar from the mostly pro military community, the douche bag was fired.

I used to deliver meat to an old meat packing place in Springhill AR. Way back in the woods. I think the plant was built back in the 50's. For some reason the rich started to build really nice homes all around the plant. Well, the rich got a petition together wanting the plant to shut down and leave. Long story short, a judge told the rich to deal with it. The plant was there first. They still have big rigs driving through the neighborhood to pick up and deliver. Another place in New Jersey I went to once had the same thing happen. Apartments went up and they wanted the business to shut off their refridgerators off becuse of the excessive noise. A judge then gave the order for the business to cut off everything at a certian times. Go figure. Walt |

Was the protest over converting the AFB into joint military/commercial use (DHL) which would have more than doubled the air traffic and noise? |

I wouldn't doubt if the pig farm gets shut down. We are so hell bent to do anything to appease Muslims so they will "like" us, we'll do anything they want. We are rebuilding mosques in Egypt and other places at the cost of hundreds of millions of dollars, so our Muslim brothers will have suitable facilities to plan the demise of the "great satan", America. They curse America while they take the money. Don't expect to be allowed the same freedom of religion in other countries that we allow here.
