we have dodged the bullet since 05, probably about time for a frog strangler.  Actually we are way below normal on rainfall, so a good soaking would be nice, but you can keep the high winds.

Had all my Live Oaks thinned out last year. Time to check the generator and stock up on beer.

I'm with Terry on this one, could use the rain but not the winds. Charley went right over the house in 2004, had just under $100k in repairs. Told my wife if it happens again, I'm going to bulldoze the remains into the pool and sell the property...then move to Montana or Idaho.  Cheesy

We stayed in the house during Charley, never again. Hopefully this one will peter out or miss us completely.
