Well I decided it was time to give her paint a freshen up as there were some unsightly chips and scratches .
I decided to keep her Black but added a green pearl to the clear coat.Very happy with the result as soon as its back together Ill post some pictures in the sun as the flash doesnt do it justice.

Well she's all back together now still undecided on whether or not to replace the badges as one is slightly damaged and I don't want to put it back on the way it is

One badge would be enough. Could you mount it on the side cover instead of the tank just to mix it up a little bit?

It looks really clean like that.  I vote leave the badges off.  I took all the badges off my Yamaha XS 1100 Special and nobody could figure out what kind of bike it was.  Leave the badges off and rename her "Mystery Bike".
