cooldude Devl and I were able to take off for a few days so we rode up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan...

We normally get up there a few times a year but its been awhile for us. We heard the State finally paved the road from Miners Castle by Munising at the Pictured Rocks National Park to Grand Marais so we decided to check it out.

Its about a 320 mile ride from our house (we are trolls we live under the Big Mack bridge as in Lower Peninsula)

I think I have a new favorite ride in Michigan, 50 miles of good twisty roads through some very scenic area's

The weather was great mid 70's and sunny.

Perfect day to ride.

Took in alot of sights we haven't been to in awhile.

White fish point

The Soo locks

Raced a bird.

it won.

Met up with some good friends for St. Ignace Weekend.

Went to the Falls.

had my picture taken with a moose.

Enjoyed friends.

Then went back and enjoyed the weekend in the spirit that was intended for St.Ignace weekend' good friends and good times.

yup had a blast....
