Have to wait awhile before I can get it. Bought an Interstate tank for my standard. Not because I want to sit in the saddle longer. Just for the peace of mind that I'm not going to run out (happened in the Mojave desert when it was 112*.) I really hate worrying about gas when I hit 100 miles. It's black, like my standard, so I don't have to spring for a paint job.
There's a guy in San Antonio whose selling an Interstate for $8500. It has a belly tank. That's almost 10gals. of gas total. Must have callouses on his arse.
So, no GPS now, but at least I have the gas if I get lost! cooldude

Tank comes with the gas gauge, but is not working. Anybody have any experience installing a motosens gauge... handle bar bracket??

Wouldn't think of passing you & FB by. In fact, I now have enough gas to get to your place twice. coolsmiley

Well, totally bummed. Turns out the guy didn't know the difference between a standard & interstate tank. Sad Sad
