7:15 PM, Friday, September 2nd. Not quite a date to go down in infamy, but it was the exact time that our power came back on line!  cooldude It was an Electric Line team for Chattanooga, TN that got us up and going. Thank you!  Quite a trip all the way to Connecticut. angel

HoHum! Back to our normal existance. Actually, if it wasn't such a PIA to keep stopping and starting the generator to refuel it, it would have been almost like camping, but in the confines of our own home. Seriously though, glad it's over. (At least for this storm since they didn't fix a damn thing).  Sad

If we (as a nation) can forget 9/11, then this won't even be a blip on the radar screen of coorporate greed and irresponsibility here in the good 'Ole USA.  Sad

Unfortunately, there are still many here in the North East without power.

The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. (Except Stupid - You can't fix that)

After Hurricane Ike, we went 15 days,5 hours and 53 minutes without power.  tickedoff   Not fun.  uglystupid2  I sympathize with you guys.  You've had so much rain, some are isolated.  We haven't had enough rain this year to fill a small teacup.  Hope ya'll get back to "normal"  real soon
