A computer answering message I can live with
«

I called MT Bank a few days ago to order a mortgage payoff for a client
The phone was answered by a machine that said in spanish press 1 for spanish
A few seconds after I did nothing a menu in english led me to a real live woman from the USA
We do live in a society of many languages, I was happy that I had to do nothing extra to speak to a customer service representative who spoke english and was helpful
Still wish it wasnt necessary for the spanish part but until I am president that wont change
Beautiful day in NY. Off for a ride after lunch. Ride report and pics may follow
Enjoy the day if you can

I called a company last week and the second option (I didnt get that far) may have been press 2 for spanish, but the first was "Press 1 to speak with an associate" I spent the first couple minutes complimenting them on that

I have a sticker on my helmet... " I'm in America... Why do I have to press "1" for English?"

just getting home from a wedding 1st one of the friends here whose kid was gettin hitched
Nice boy went to china and met a nice girl in shanghai
The paint came out real nice, but I would expect nothing less from a body man.
Hope you have many wonderful miles on the trike When you taking it to see Mac?
