Yep, some of them are just out having fun with others. BUT some are just freaking nut sacks, and really need medical/mental help.
The late night after 11:00pm until aroun 3:30am(ish) is the real fun hours normally in all the 24hour Walmarts I have ever been to. When I visit my big sister out in Mt. pleasant TX. we stay up late just so we can run down to walmart and look for these type of folks to giggle about.

A few weeks ago I had to make a 1 AM stop at a Walmart............
I left thinking that Walmart is definately a "scary" place after midnight.
