I fly my flags because of all the men and women who are willing to give there lives for our country not for the govt. or any of the politicans  B.S! I fly my flags for support of all the men and women who have given there all and for the ones that will give there all.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty, and justice for all. cooldude

Our flag has flown 24/7 at our house since June 19, 1999. Next project is a permanent flagpole (20 footer?) that can display a larger flag and be properly illuminated.

Always on the house and always on the bike and always on the cage. Not for our so called goverment but for our men and women in uniform who go in harms way. I respect our armed forces way more than most politicians. Active and former service people understand-FREEDOM IS NOT FREE. Our young people in uniform stand ready 24/7 to do damage to our enemies as needed. GOD bless each and every one of them. RIDE SAFE.

We went to Big IV's neck of the woods today, up I85 towards Rock Hill for a family gathering...

There were a couple of I85 overpasses where people (at one of them lots of people)
were standing up there holding US flags so that oncoming traffic could see them. I waved up at the
crowd, lots of them waved back. I bet their arms were tired at the end of the day...

The Flag is not a symbol of our Government. ??? It is a symbol of our country. It represents all the sacrifices made in the past by many brave individuals; sacrifices that are currently being made; and those that will be made in the future! cooldude

I always fly a flag on our home. It is lit up at night, and every morning when I first go out, I make sure it is not wrapped around the pole. If it is, I unfurl it, hold it open for a while, and admire it's beauty, and it's symbolism.

I also fly a US flag on the back of my bike. It is the least I can do to show the love for my country. I am a veteran of the Vietnam war, and even though it was an unpopular war, I was proud then to be serving, and am even more proud now.

This country is great in spite of our government (s), because this is not the first time we have had incompetence, nor unfortunately, will it be the last. This is the worst government in my lifetime, but that will not deter me from loving the USA!  cooldude

So, Fiddle Mike, you can do what you feel is right, but I don't understand how you got to your conclusions. Embarrassed Cry  Sad
