cb question

Its a perfect day for riding in NY. Lunchtime I rode to White Plains NY as I found someplace that said they have motorola plug type line and a Y connector for my CB They lied but said I could order the parts
When Swopie sold me the CB and antenna he left out the left side bracket and the line from the CB to the antenna
When I was at the ranch Highbinder helped me find the antenna lead and power hook up and said
if I get a Y connector and motorola plug antenna wire I should be fine I replaced the am/fm antenna with the one swopie sent me
I was quoted 75 for the parts, 175 if they do the plug and play I left a 100 deposit and said when the parts come in I will try it in the parking lot and either get 25 back or give them their due for installing
There is a male end going to the antenna. Female end back to the radio harness. The plug coming from the cb is female. Am I correct that the splitter should be a double male on the 2 side and a single female on the antenna side? That makes the cable to run as a double male.
It amazing I have 3 kids this stuff gives me a headache.

its for riding with friends in the vrcc and voai when we are at events and on the road and when I am riding to Seattle next summer.
Many of the folks I presently ride with have the cb's and it would be nice to be able to hear whats going on
(stuff like if we turn here and go real fast we can lose Oss)

Holy smokes
So are you the ebay seller of the left bracket? Let me know the buy it now price for the 2 pieces bracket and antenna wire and if its in the ballpark I will do the deal and cancel the parts I ordered today that is
if you are allowed to sell off the ebay like to a local buyer
I cant believe that I never heard back from swoopie and dont know why he would not have included the left bracket and wire Wonder if he is ok? anyone know him?
