Hi all, as some of you know I will be graduating from culinary school this fall. I want / need to move south from where I am (Traverse City Mi) I want to be a private or personel chef. If anyone knows or might know of someone who would need this kind of service please let me know.

Just so you know a private chef usually only works for one person or family at a time. Personel chefs may work for many but less time per week.

Revalator;
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation and your ambitious plans. I'd definitely need your services, but can't afford it. Undecided Cry

Alternatively I suggest that you post your services on your target area's Craiglist: "Can Cook; Will Travel!" Undecided Nothing to loose.

I wish you success. cooldude

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

Ft Wayne Ind area has a few upscale resturants. We do work for a couple 'high dollar' people but none mentioned needing a cook. will keep my ears open tho.
