They're probably going to be PO'd with me but I sent them a message asking why so high. Told them they're available all over at the various local auto parts store...Gates belts, makes them for Honda, and are over $100 less.   Evil

What does the data say?

I sent this question to the seller:

"How are these belts different from the OEM belts I can buy for less than $100 a pair, or the cross-referenced belts I can buy from NAPA or even Amazon for less than $50 a pair?"

We'll see if I get a response.

[Ok, Ok, so I'm a little off on the OEM price, but not much.]

I had a VTX that was off by 5%.  That item was a popular item with the 1800's.

If folks are willing to pay three times what they need to, they allow themselves to be ripped off.

On most if not all things i want to buy there is a little gimmick i use an awful lot of. coolsmiley It's called for lack of a better description-RESEARCH. uglystupid2 I agree with Tundra. Cool People allow themselves to be ripped off. Roll Eyes I had looked around on both flea bay and amazon before i ordered my wolo air horn from amazon. After the horn showed up at my house i looked at flea bay again. About $8.00 cheaper with free shpg. uglystupid2 I truly hope it was made available after i ordered the first one-but i might could have missed it. 2funny I would like to think even if i was filthy rich i would still have the sense to shop around for the best deal. cooldude RIDE SAFE.

Look, if I bought them and they ship them quickly then you should give good feedback. It's not the seller's fault if the person buying it doesn't do their homework. Due diligence meng, due diligence.

For electrical speedo you put in the percentage correction, hook the speedo input to the box, hook the box output to the speedo and it corrects the speed. Great if you change to dark side and your speedo is way off. Seen a few of these used on VTXs. Mainly for those that don't like to guess.

If you change your rear tire and it causes your speedometer to be off something is seriously wrong with your Valkyrie.

The Valkyrie speedometer gets its reading from the front wheel.  Smiley
