About 330 miles round trip.

Saw this very nice old Volvo. I had to do nearly 90 to pass it. Then saw it again near Clayton GA.
It had a roll cage and sounded really good.

Hwy 28/64 heading north to Franklin, NC. First time in a long time that I've had a clear run through the Cullajasa Gorge

We were headed here for lunch. It's next to the Hot Spot gas staion in Franklin.

Excellent fresh warm baguette

Bloody good crab bisque

Lamb burger was excellent

Roger - Valkyrie, Paul - Valkyrie, Kevin - GL 1800. Kevin suggested the ride. Good call !

Malon - Concours 1400 and Steve - GL 1800

That's real cream

I thoroughly recommedn the Caffe Rell and it's not even a BBQ joint  Grin

Todays was much better than the poorly planned ride last Sunday  Cheesy. (inside joke)

The food today was incomparable to the Cheaha muck.

You should be a photojournalist.  You make us feel like we were on the ride with y'all.  The countryside looks a lot like New York state that OSS took me through.  Everything is green up there.  Here in Texas everything is brown and dead.
Again, great report!

Smiley Cheesy Well, at least you are still riding. Look slike a good group, surprised Chris wasn't there.

Great report, made me wish I was there, but just got back (Sunday nbight) from El Paso visiting my baby sister and family. Had a nice time. Didn't see any Valks in El Paso over 4 days.  Undecided

Great pictures too.  cooldude

The constant sound of pea gravel peppering the inside of my fenders is what makes
me twitch on Wayah road...
