I got pulled over years ago, for "riding without either hand on the handlebars."  The city cop told me it was illegal to do, but couldn't find the statute to cite me on.  He found a law about "carrying packages that interfere with using both hands on the handlebars," but that didn't apply.

The good officer let me off with a warning.
