You have to have some petrol to do the Beast.

Halloween is near and the Ghouls want out. No not the sticker, the ghoul in the chrome, see him.

Tasmanian Devil and Deli, I never asked the name, now I know.

The first time Greg(Smooth Rider) rode the Dragon and we stopped at Deal's Gap, there were no Mountian Dews and no cigs.

He was one sad camper and made his disgruntlement known loudly. But the Beast had both.

Even the mightyest of steads needs a rest, acutually it was us who needed the rest, here is the spot we enter the lair of the Beast, HWY66 in Eastern Tennessee.

HWY66 to the right please.

Greg pounding the Beast, in Hard Rock Corner.

Hord Rock corner conquered and off he goes in style. Action shots are the best.

You can't always trust road signs.

You guessed it we got lost, not really but I have never noticed this little community before.

Meanwhile back at the ranch our two heroes, have split wood all day long, all fingers in tact, but blood loss was evident on both. Bandage and blood stains on trousers .

Lucky 13 has a wound but does not show in this pic, lucky for him he has his tall shoes on.

Until next itme, keep your bike pointed into the wind, and if you spilt fire wood please use caution.

Fingers are not replaceable.

Wear your hard hot, gloves, safety toeed shoes, safety glasses and  make sure all guards are in place and working.

Sounds like an OSHA slogan.

Well done Al  cooldude  Thanks for taking the time to share the ride with pictures. After we left y'all we went and welded up my broken car-dolly . Split about ( 4 ) ricks of wood today and most of it was huge logs. Lower back is letting me know now  Sad  Both of us shed alittle blood today but all fingers are still attached  Smiley ....Gordon ( Lucky 13 ) did a great job on fixing my car-dolly the dude can weld like a welding robot.

Maybe next time you can get Greg to stop and take some action shots of you on the corners.  We are heading up to Franklin N.C. on the 15th, couldn't get off on the 14th to make the Fall Color Ride.  Will be in the area until Thursday the 20th.  I'll give Gordon a call when we get settled in.

Cafe Rell next to the Hot Spot Gas Station in Franklin. Do not miss the opportunity to eat there.
