My Hannigan trailer was a mess. It had hundreds of chips through the gelcoat from tens of thousands of road miles. Some were pretty large, like nickle size. I was going to have it sprayed with bed liner just to pretty it up a bit. The bed liner places wanted $500 to do it. In my search I found a place here in Orlando called Hot Spray. They do a lot of work for the theme parks rejuvenating the rides and park structures. I found that they had a ton of good solutions for some problems we had at the plant also. I had them spray some problem tank enclosures with a polyurea spray. They looked great.
So I showed them my trailer and asked if they could spray it with truck liner material. He said they could if I wanted to, but they could fix it up like new also. I figured it would be an arm and a leg, and really didn't expect much in the way of a quality finish. But I let them have a go of it. I stripped the trailer as much as possible. I told them I would take the frame off and bring them the shell because I wanted to get the frame powder coated. He said "don't bother, we have a coating that will out last powder coating" So I brought the rolling stripped down trailer to them. They had it for about two weeks and I just picked up a few minutes ago. It looks AWESOME!! They sprayed the underside and the nose with a course material like bed liner but tougher, and the top and the wing are shinny smooth black! I am very impressed. The cost? $250. I'm sure they gave me a break on price due to the possibility of more industrial jobs at my plant, but I'm not complaining. I'll take some pics when I get it home.

That's an incredibly good looking trailer.  It looks ready to blast-off.
