Help, I need some learning

  I have a couple of links I would like to post so you click on to get to them . Could someone explain so I can understand.

Just copy/paste the URL link into the text area. It should show up in colored font after you hit "POST",

Go to the address bar at the top of the page (top of your screen) from the site that you want to add to your post and left click it.  It should turn blue.  While it's blue, right click it.  A window should open up.  In that window, the work "copy" should be in there somewhere.  Left click on that word "copy". 

Go to your reply window here on the VRCC and put your cursor (the little flashing line) where ever you want your link to appear and left click.  Another window should have appeared.  In that window, the word "paste" should be in there somewhere.  Left click the word paste and your link should appear (in white). 

When you click the "post" link below to show your reply/post, your link will show up yellow, or gold-ish colored in your post.
