Beautiful east Tennessee ( GOD'S Country )

« on: October 16, 2011, 04:55:41 PM »

We had folks from New Mexico, Georgia , South Carolina , North Carolina , Kentucky , Michigan, West Virginia , Virginia , Tennessee , Mississippi , Indiana , Illinois , Florida , Alabama . What a great group of folks show-up for this ride year after year and I'd like to thank everyone who put the miles in to come share the beautiful Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia mountains with us.I did'nt count but was told between The Phillips Motel and The San-Ran they counted over 50 bikes and I know several VRCC members that rode with us had to stay 15 to 30 miles away just to get a room.I did'nt take many pictures this year however I will share a few here......Again to everyone that attended ....Thank You  Smiley  Y'all are why this ride is what it is.

This is the group that rode up with me friday this was the ride just getting to the ride.

Over 5000 feet not many color left...These pictures taken on The Cherohala Skyline.

Couple shots from Field Of The Woods

A few pictures from Bald River Falls the fall colors from here was outstanding along with Wayah Rd. some of the best fall colors of the day.We saw much better colors that I did'nt get a shot of it's not easy to pull 30 motorcycles over just so you can take a picture  Undecided

Home safe with a smile on my face.

Chris, Duffy, Sam, Santa, and I took the long way home up through the Dragon and across 360.

Perfect weather and a great time.  Thanks Joe for spreading the love....

Another great FCR memory.
