I have a little history from the ride with Oss last Friday. We stopped below Croton Dam and took some pictures before we rode up to the pond to see it. Than Oss noted that he had lost his cell phone. He told me to wait while he ran back to find it. "I'll be back in five minutes", he said. After ten minutes I thought that I had to go back and help him look. We were looking for the cell phone for over half an hour without result. I called his phone with the hope that maybe we could hear the ringing sound. But no ... no cell phone to find. In the meantime it had stopped raining, so we took off the rain gear. Then I heard Oss burst out, "What the f. ... what is in my boot"?
He he .. yeah, his cell phone.
At every stop we had, both Friday and Saturday I had to ask him if he still had his cell phone. And I'll probably ask him about it next time we meet, too.

Oss, where is your cell phone... ???   Grin

Dag, that is a "riot" I just want to know one thing.  Can Oss get that boot off quickly enough whenever the cell phone rings to avoid a missed call?  I suppose Its kinda like Get Smart, Oss is a lawyer so he needs these "high speed" tricky gadgets......

i knew it was just a matter of time before he could no longer keep that story quiet.......... 2funny
but first the "pond" goes back 20 miles I would love to see what Dag considers a lake
I walked the entire road from 129 to the damn dam both sides and we walked the area from the fence to the road like we were looking for buried treasure.

Finally I had said to Dag screw it I will just buy a new phone and sat down to take off the frogg toggs

The left one would not come over my boot and I looked closely and son of a gun it was stuck between the frogg togg and the high boot  Dag kept walking he refused to give up and if up to him we may still be there looking, the man is stubborner than even me

The bright side is the rest of the day was terrific riding weather and saturday was even better

Now where did I put that phone now?   Cheesy

LOVE THE GET SMART PIC, we had been talking about that one
