I finally mounted some auxillary lights on the engine guards next to the radiator, Now it looks like a 747 coming in for a landing. Maybe they will see me now.

I want to do that to my I/S as well. I don't want to use them as fog or driving lights, just as "marker lights" to give that triangulated light effect that makes it easier to be seen.

I've been thinking of some LED mini-lights. What did you use? Any pictures?

I'm glad you asked. They are 55 watt extreme white spot lights. I mounted them on KURYAKYN clamps. I installed a toggle switch under the ignition switch and they are on thier own power circuit. My question is....Can I wire them to the high beam circuit so that they turn on and off with the high beams, or would they overload that circuit.
I will post some pictures tomorrow. I am also thinking of addind some LED mini bullet lights under the head light.

You can't wire them directly to the high beam circuit.  But you could trigger a relay directly from the high beam circuit and have the relay switch the lights on/off from their own dedicated (and fused) circuit.

I have mine on the aux system, via a relay.  I leave them on all the time.  Day/night. high/low beams.

Thanks for the reply. I believe that what I want to do is to put some of the LED mini bullets on the crash bar of my I/S. What brand did you use?

The lights I mounted on the crash bar are 5" Extreme White spot lights by Bazer that I purchased from O'Rieley auto parts. I mounted them to some KURYAKYN 1 1/8" clamps. I bought some mini bullets today (Radiant effects by Balzer, O' Rieleys also. $25.00 35 watt Halogen)and mounted them under the head light under the lower triple tree bracket where the head light bracket bolts go through and it was really simple. The bolt protrudes the the nut by about 3/8" the mount bracket for the bullet light fits over the bolt and the nut that comes with the light is the same thread as the bolt on the bike. Now I have 4 auxillary lights. The nice thing is I did not have to modify the bike. If I ever want to, I can simply unbolt everything and you could not tell that it ever had auxillary lights on it. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow.
