The small waterfall at Grandfather Mt. turn off. We were going up to the Mile High swinging bridge but traffic was to bad.

The start of a beautiful day.

From Linn Cove Viaduct.

Good color.

Lookin' back at the viaduct. Couldn't get enough of this view!

This, of course, was unavoidable but..................

..........still well worth it!
Sugar & I hope you enjoy the pic's. We sure enjoyed takin' & sharin' 'em.
Peace, Mr. Whiskey.

That's a great view of the viaduct... I stopped one day when there was no traffic
and took this picture...

I think there's a visitor's center at the other end where you can stop
and walk under the viaduct... anyone ever stopped there?

The Visitor Center is around the corner from your picture. Stopped there a few times, last time was this October. It shows how the viaduct was built. There is a gift shop and trails you can walk and get under the viaduct. It's worth a visit. There are some great views from there too.

Wife's knee is still giving her fits, so we drove up to Asheville in the car and went north on BRP up to Little Switzerland. We are really enjoying the new area.
