all you need to do is buy a used 1500 engine out of a gold wing and install it,, the reverse works off of the starter and is internal in the engine... then you can swap the heads and cams out...

Some one will correct me if i be wrong but i seem to remember that the valkyries that were built for the Japanese market did indeed have reverse. If mama go with me i gots reverse. If mama don't go with me i be real careful where and how i park the phat ghurl. RIDE SAFE.

Hi At all bros I would like to know if anybody can say to me where I can buy a reverse gear for Valkyrie standar and if it's easy to install all information will be welcome thanks a lot As mentioned, Valkyries made for sale in Japan had reverse, as do Goldwings. I've never come across an aftermarket reverse kit for the Valk.

If mama go with me i gots reverse. If mama don't go with me i be real careful where and how i park the phat ghurl. Yep she has pushed me more then once backwards. I'm f'd if she doesnt go. Like this past summer. GiG and I were on the way to Spearfish canyon when it started to rain. Pulled into Cheyanne Crossing and i took the 1st open spot. Happened to be down hill. Parked it in N to. Couldnt back out when time came. It took all I could to ask these 2 guys for a push. It was embarrasing.

and a fold up ladder. We are eagerly awaiting a shipment of flood/tsunami damaged Japanese bikes to arrive in the UK soon. We are promised lots of Harleys. If a reversable Valk is included, I shall attempt to buy it.
