Yes, the "X" is KewlMetal's signal standoff for the turnsignals. Though if you have a short section of tubing you could polish up, you could do the same thing. If you are keeping the stock signals like I did, a tube might be better since you could get something to better match the diameter of the signal mount instead of tapered like the KM standoff, even flatten it a bit to match the oval shape.

If you want to run the large bullets on the bottom with a hondaline windshield, you will need the signal standoff kit, item #210.

Can't really see the standoff in this pic, but you can see that the upper hole in the lower bracket aligns just right with the cutout on the shield.
And for futher details, when the PO had mounted the cobra lightbar, the screws going into the plastic mount of the signals was pretty well stripped, so I used the KM standoffs, and then a hanger bolt from Home Depot (machine thread & nut on one end, wood thread on the other, into the plastic on the signal). Had the money remained available I would have gone aftermarket signals with hollow bolts to hide the wires too.
