Brothers and Sisters,
My cousin, Robert, had a run of good luck/bad luck recently.  He was admitted into the hospital last week for one issue and during a medical imaging procedure that extended further down than the Doctor first ordered, it was discovered that there is a second problem, not related to the first.  Good Luck/Bad Luck
Robert has a cancer nodule in one of his kidneys.  He is scheduled to have surgery on Monday to remove the kidney.  Robert told me that he has "a positive feeling" about the outcome, and well he should given how it was discovered in the first place.
Robert is also a brother rider.
I am hoping to send the wishes you post here to him later in the day Monday or Tuesday to help keep his spirits high.

  TIA

That's kinda how they found my lung cancer 3+ years ago while checking out my heart. Early meant lumpectomy with no chemo or radiation. My heart is back to normal function, and scans are now 9 months apart instead of every 6. There is absolutely no reason for him not to have positive thoughts, they do miracles every day, Tell Robert I'm pulling for him 100%, and hope we'll all get to ride together once he's healed.

Prayers from Mid-Michigan!  Any kind of cancer is a battle, but it has been proven that a positive attitude towards treatment is a definite plus cooldude

I, too, send along my prayers.  It was 10 years ago that bladder cancer was found. It was caught early.  I'm still OK.
