I personally wouldn't have gone with that mount...but that is because I have had one break on me.  My own fault...but still.  I have moved my highway pegs around a few times...but have probably placed them in positions that were not good for the mount...such as on the bend of the side tubes.  And because I have had issues with them holding tight, I have probably tightened them too much.  But...the last time I adjusted them, I snapped off two of the mounting holes.  I went with the Kury P-Clamp when I replaced it.

Have 4050's on both mine and my wife's Valkyries for 10s of thousands of miles without one problem. They are a quality item.

You got a good deal on them as well.

When you mount them take it easy (read: slow) and don't try to torque the crap out of any of the fasteners and you should have no problems.

So I guess..... kudos to your sir  cooldude cooldude cooldude cooldude

i've got the ergo iso-wings, pretty much the same thing, but with a different foot peg.  i had the mounting bracket break also when mounting it, i was tightening it and the aluminium snapped.  called the guy i bought it from and kuryakyn, they got me a new mount in a few days.  i'm thinking that's why the re designed the mount.  one of these day's i'll take a picture and post it.....  can't do it now, halloween 3 is on......  too scared to go into the garage......

well, there, i did it!!
