Famous Sturgis motorcycle rally attender and Survivor running for governor


A popular visitor to the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and supporter of the Legend's Ride is running for the governor of Indiana. Survivor star Rupert Boneham announced recently that he will be seeking the Libertarian Party's nomination.

"I have only one interest," Rupert said, "empowering Hoosiers to give back to their communities.

Saw that and I am glad. I was not gonna vote dem or repub this year and was leaning to the libertarian side. Now I def will. Always liked him on Survivor and what he did for the kids here. Talked to him briefly at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis a few years ago as Kit was geting some pics and a book signed. Real nice down to earth guy. Thats what I want to vote for, not someone who is in it for the money and not the people.
