12 friends got together for an informal bowling pin shoot...I managed to take 3rd place.
We shot 3 strings with each gun... .22 pistol, centerfire pistol and shotgun. We averaged the 2 best times with each gun then averaged those scores for match standings. The video only shows the fastest string with each gun for each shooter.

ChrisJ - I've done pin shooting at my land with my 500, and some shots the pins took it well, but some shots the 500 would just obliterate the pins immediately... Great fun!

I'm cheap, so these last few weeks we've been having horse apple shoots. Luckily, there are several of the plants that grow them on my land, and they make GREAT, and FREE reactive targets ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maclura_pomifera )

A couple weeks ago Eddie and I were out blasting in the woods. I shot an old log with the AK and it EXPLODED as if it were filled with compressed air. Never seen anything like it before.

There's a guy who attends the yearly shoot up in the Coos who has a Browning M1919 (.30 cal mounted machinegun) scaled down replica that fires .22LR from fabric belts. Fun and cheap to shoot.
