You guys that are running 440's, do you notice any clunk from them at all? I can grab the springs and get them to hit the bottom part of the case, but I don't know if that's what I'm hearing while I'm riding. Never noticed it before I put them on, but my trunk used to rattle like crazy, so this may not be a new noise. I only notice it a lower speeds on small, sharp bumps like uneven pavement or road tatties. Mostly on the right side I think. Fender is tight. Guards and rails are tight. Turn signals and LP brackets are tight. Hope it ain't the bearings 'cuz they're pretty new.

Anywho... Is this normal with the 440's, or do I need to start diggin' a little deeper?

Thanks

I ride with earplugs, but I don't think I have any clunking going on.

My hobbies have always been loud and my hearing shows it. As far as I have ever noticed though, my 440's make no sounds at all.
