I have 1999 Vakyrie with the original revers gear. Water leak damaged the electronics in the black box under the bike. A local Honda shop tried to repare it and can't even get it started any more!

In order fix the issue I will need the wiring diagrame of this special model since the wiring differes essentially from the standard Vakyrie.

Is there anybody who could  help me!  Cry

Try cooperate Honda?  You will need the diagram for a Japanese model.

Try a Honda shop in Japan, that has been there since the Valk was introduced.  They should have a shop manual with the diagram in it.

Where do you live? Maybe someone is near you to help out.

Since it probably operates the same as the Goldwing with a reverse, I would think looking at a GL1500 wiring diagram would help. It would have to be either an Aspencade or SE model, the Interstate didn't come with reverse as I recall. I remember my Aspencade with a reverse was hardly ever used, but just for kicks I added backup lights that only came on when in reverse. Plus, again just for giggles I added a backup warning....would beep every time I went in reverse.
